Leaving Key West

Six weeks seemed to go by awful fast!  Hard to believe we are untying our dock lines and saying goodbye to our friends.  We really enjoyed our stay here at Stock Island Marina and can highly recommend this place if you are thinking about visiting here too.

Today we left Stock Island, FL and sailed east to Marathon, FL for an overnight stay at Faro Blanco Marina.  We visited with some friends we met the first time we stopped here and met new boaters and Loopers at the 5:00 docktails gathering on the pier.  Tomorrow we will set sail for Little Shark River on the Florida Mainland as we make our way north.  There is no phone service there, so we won't be posting until we get to Everglade Isle on Sunday.
